Finals have been taking up all of my time in the past couple of days, and while I haven’t had the time to blog about my day (and you probably wouldn’t want to hear about me sitting around studying and snacking instead of eating real meals anyway), I did have the time to put together a little treadmill workout to accomplish at the gym tomorrow after my second final!
That being said.. here it is!
I find that frequently switching up the speeds and keeping the intervals short makes 5 miles fly by.
I’m off to make a little more coffee and get back at it! Let me know what you guys think of this workout and if you’d like to see more workouts like this! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
